Built in 2004, Olivarius Apart'Hotel is a new concept unique in Europe. Olivarius offers 112 apartments. Inside the hotel, you will find olives trees. Travel information

Coming from Lille, Paris or Dunkerque, follow the directions to Gand and exit at the cité scientifique, exit n2. Turn right at the traffic light and you will be in the Rue de Lezennes. Carry on straight and after 2 roundabouts, the Olivarius will be on your right.

Pets: Pets are welcome but may not be left alone in the apartment. A deposit of EUR 500 is required for any pets staying.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.
