Located on an island on the banks of the River Siagne, this resort is set on a 5-hectare estate. It is located just 800 metres from the sea and it also has an outdoor pool. The resort is made up of 10 one or two-storey buildings and includes many sports and leisure facilities. Enjoy full independence in a modern studio or apartment with a fully-equipped kitchenette. Entertainment staff provide programs at the weekend for children from 3 to 12 years, free of charge. Fitness classes are also available on site. The resort is located 1 km from small shops and 3 km from supermarkets. Mandelieu is a seaside resort with the largest marina in the Alpes Maritimes region and was awarded the "Water sports label" for its wide variety of water sports and activities.

Prices include: bed linen, towels, 2 tea towels and a cleaning kit, TV, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes).

Every Saturday and Sunday, animation programmes and children's clubs for 3-12 year olds are included (subject to availability).

For stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00.

A baby kit (designed for children up to the age of 2 years) is available at an additional cost of EUR 40. It includes: a travel cot and fitted sheet, a toddler pushchair, a baby chair, a changing mat and bath.

The outdoor, heated swimming pool is open from April to mid-September.
