Important information

Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of EUR 300. This deposit will be annulled within 8 days of your departure following an inventory. Any damage or uncleanness will be deducted from your deposit.

Upon your arrival you are requested to check the inventory and return the signed form within 24 hours.

Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost.

During the months of July and August, the hotel reception is closed on Wednesdays. Outside of these months, closing times vary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 40.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 40.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: no meal is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
